- Step 1: Educate your tenants about the harmful effects of fats, oils, greases, and other chemicals on your rooftop. Submit these brochures to your tenants along with a copy of these sample letters.
- Step 2: Whether done by one of your team members or one of our National Service Technicians, complete and return your Rooftop Survey with carefully organized photos. Once the survey is complete, send us the information and we will handle the rest.
- Step 3: Implement your solution. Once you have a proposal in hand, you will need to make sure each tenant is on board with the proposed plan of action. Once the proposal is accepted and the Grease Containment System is installed, we can help you set up a Maintenance Plan.
